Bruno Pascale is the chef and owner of Marley’s Gotham Grill, home to over 400 wing flavors. Raised in a traditional Italian family in Newark, New Jersey, he discovered his passion for cooking at thirteen and later graduated summa cum laude from the Culinary Arts Institute. A Food Network Cooks vs. Cons champion and Fire Masters competitor, Pascale combines culinary excellence with community service. Now, he’s focused on expanding Marley’s across America, sharing his signature wings nationwide.
