Sensei Beverly Bradley is the founder of Underground Physique and a dedicated martial artist with over twenty-five years of experience, holding a black belt in Taekwondo. Dubbed the "Crusader for Self-Defense" by the New York Post, she began volunteering for self-defense classes in NYC schools following the tragic abduction of Carlie Brucia in 2004. To further her mission of empowering marginalized communities, she earned a BA in Health and Nutrition Sciences and an MS in Health Communication for Social Change.
